Please review the information below before contacting us. If the product does not meet your expectations, we will do what’s right to fix it for you!
Occasionally you will find a slightly defective tube of lube. It may have a small ‘dimple’ on the surface, or even, heaven forbid, a really gross deformity. If it makes you nervous, let us know by calling or writing.
If you experience any malfunctions, we would like to hear about them even if you are not requesting a refund or exchange. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for our product merely because it might be inconvenient or oilier than other products you may use.
If you are experiencing problems and wish a refund we will either:
…exchange a defective product at no cost. You will have to return the
defective product and we will pay for the return shipping. Please
note that if you have used the entire lot of lube prior to requesting a
refund, we cannot accept the claim.
B) …give you a complete refund on the remaining product, including shipping costs. You will need to return the remaining defective product, and we will pay for the return shipping.
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please call 1-866-476-1500 for a return approval. Orders returned without prior approval cannot be accepted for processing. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee if you do not wish to exchange the merchandise and simply want a refund. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee if you have not used any of the product. Any price differences will be adjusted at the time of the exchange. When the returned product is received, we will send the replacement order.
